SECRET BAY DIVE SITE

Located in the East of the Bali-to-Java ferry terminal in the small village of Gilimanuk in northwest Bali, lie the calm waters of Secret Bay. Although not in the same league, west of Pemuteran. It is a MUCK site and Secret Bay is very shallow, has no coral and hardly any usual fish to speak of. Here you can find harlequin (ornate) ghost pipefish, cockatoo leaf fish, upsidedown jellyfish, gray seahorses, frogfish, yellow margin moray eels. As such scuba diving in Bali here will only appeal to those that have an active interest in searching out the odd and unusual species that form part of our underwater world.
